CANCELLATION
If you want to make a change or cancel your order, you have to contact us within 24 hours since the order completed. After 24 hours of making the order, unfortunately, we cannot issue you the cancellation. Please understand that you will not be refunded the shipping fee when canceling your order.
REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
We will be happy to refund or exchange a product to make our customers satisfied if:- You did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (60 days not including 5-12 days processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- You received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
- Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
- Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since you received item(s), unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- You can not return the product just because you do not like it anymore and change your mind when you receive your parcel. We just accept the return if there are problems with our products and they were damaged in transit.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- We suggest to directly send us an e-mail regarding any unexpected circumstance.
