Production time: 5-7 business days

Please remember that weekends do not count towards the process as it’s not a working day. These are our standard times, but this could increase if any unexpected delays occur or if we are in a busy period of the year.

If you are ordering for a special occasion, please order your items a few days earlier to be sure it will arrive on time.

Delivery/Shipping:

Standard shipping/transit times apply (7-19 days for the USA and 7-21 days for international).

Some special products are produced and shipped from our facility 8-15 days in regular seasons. Shipping Time: 7 – 21 days* in regular seasons.

Unfortunately, due to the current COVID-19 situation worldwide, some couriers are currently experiencing delays meaning delivery times may exceed the estimations we are provided with.

Please note that we can’t control or speed up delivery times once your card is dispatched, as this is down to the courier.

 

 

 

WILL I BE CHARGED IMPORT DUTY?

The country you live in may or may not impose import duty or taxes on items shipped from abroad. This varies by country and is not something we have control over.

The price you see at checkout does not include any import duties or fees. We are not responsible for paying them should you incur them.

If you have any questions about this, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before ordering.

MAY I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?

Yes, of course! All orders include tracking after the order is processed (5-7 days). Email: [email protected] with your order number if you are missing a tracking number and we will send you one at our soonest convenience. Please note that the order number is not your tracking number.

HOW DO I FIND MY TRACKING NUMBER?

When your order is shipped an email is sent out to you which contains the tracking number, be sure to check your spam folder as it may be in there.

If you don’t see a tracking number for your order please contact us via email and our team will help you.

TRACKING INFORMATION NOT UPDATING.

If you have received a tracking number and you have not seen updates for a few days, there is nothing to worry about.

Sometimes shipments can take longer than expected due to courier delays. Unfortunately we do not have any control over this.

US Customers: If your parcel has shipped and not delivered after 19 business days, we are able to identify your parcel as lost and you are eligible for a replacement.

International Customers: If your parcel has been shipped and the tracking has not updated in around 21 business days we are able to identify your parcel as lost and you are eligible for a replacement.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I TYPE IN THE WRONG ADDRESS?

If you provide us with a wrong address and the shipment has not been sent out please email us at [email protected] & we will change it to the correct address if it has been sent out, it is not our responsibility to re-send that item with your new address, so please make sure to type in your correct address when placing your orders!

 

CAN THE ORDER BE DELIVERED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSED?

We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.
